Consolidated Accounting
The consolidated accounting workshop is a two day course structured to meet the needs of all accounting personnel. A review of major file maintenance tables, transaction processing for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger is covered. In addition, the flow of data to the General Ledger and End-of-Period Processing will be discussed.

Consolidated Inventory / Purchasing
The consolidated inventory / purchasing workshop has been established for warehouse and purchasing personnel. The cycle of inventory will be examined through transaction processing, inquiries and reports. Inventory replenishment methods will be reviewed, along with physical inventory counts, serial number processing and lot control.

Customer Relationship Management
Geared for the sales professional, the Customer Relationship Management workshop is structured to assist in the tracking of sales opportunities and marketing activities of customers and prospects. Prospect / Customer setup, opportunity activity and tracking will be reviewed. In addition, hands on exercises enable participants to become familiar with the skills needed to perform effectively.

Customer Service
The emphasis here will cover the specific demands of today's customer service representative. All aspects of order entry will be discussed. Various inquiries and reports will be reviewed; giving the CSR additional skills that can be used in the performance of their jobs.

This Workshop is geared to the MIS professional or S2K Enterprise project leader. This software training course will cover in-depth installation methodology and concerns. System requirements, interfaces, file maintenance, and security issues will be also be discussed.

This course covers in depth, the theories and building blocks of creating a custom dynamic financial statement using S2K Enterprise Report Writer.

Suggested Purchasing
This course is designed to give the user the basic fundamentals and understanding of S2K’s suggested purchasing and transfer procedures.
