New VAI Cloud Data Center Will Provide Growing Customer Base with Increased Cloud Capacity and Reliability

Ronkonkoma, N.Y. – August 16, 2021 – VAI Cloud LLC, a subsidiary of leading ERP software developer, VAI, announced that it has added a new data center to its IT infrastructure, further increasing the total capacity of VAI Cloud and supporting the company’s growing cloud customer base to enhance reliability and security. The new data center, located in Northern Virginia at the CoreSite’s Reston campus, encompasses over 1.3 million square feet of data center space and gives VAI the ability to support high-density, compute-intensive requirements for its ERP software applications. The new data center further supports VAI customers by giving them the ability to scale up or down as needed.

Opening in mid-August, the new data center offers a physical and environmental infrastructure that meets nearly any compliance requirement. The addition increases the size and capacity of VAI’s cloud, which enhances redundancy, offers 100% uptime, and ensures that all customer data is secure and protected in the event of an outage or catastrophic event. Using state-of-the-art, next-generation equipment, the new data center was built to maximize performance capabilities.  

In addition to its existing cloud data centers, VAI will leverage the new data center to provide its customers with a live instance of their applications and data for High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR). The full real-time synchronization accelerates overall uptime availability and redirects customer traffic to a separate data center in the rare case of one becoming unavailable, and customers will always have access to their core S2K business applications and data.
